Prudential and JT Baylis have announced four new leases at The Mall, Cribbs Causeway, its 725,000 sq ft shopping centre in Bristol.
Bank Fashion, and costume jeweller, Mikey, have both signed leases for their first outlets in the South West. Bank Fashion is to take a 2,650 sq ft of space on a 10-year lease and Mikey will take 300 sq ft, also on a 10-year lease.
Footwear retailer Faith is to take 1,627 sq ft. The lease is for 10 years.
Fat Face has signed up for a 10-year lease on the 1,162 sq ft former David Clulow unit.
All four lettings maintain the zone A rate of £315-£320 per sq ft pa.
Other major retailers at The Mall include John Lewis and Marks & Spencer, which anchor the scheme.
