Foxtons has confirmed that it is looking to sell its mortgage broking business.
The London-focused estate agent said that it was “reviewing strategic options for Alexander Hall Associates”, following press speculation.
The options, it acknowledged, “could include the potential sale of the business”.
Several mortgage advice firms say they have been approached by third parties acting for Foxtons in the past two months.
