FPDSavills seeks a place in the Croatian sun

FPDSavills has formed an association with Croatiansun, a Croatian agent founded in May 2003 by Paul Keppler.

Last November, London-based residential property lawyer Christopher Saunders joined Croatiansun as a partner. Croatiansun employs 15 consultants.

Croatiansun is headquartered in Dubrovnik with a second office in Split. Both offices purchase, manage and rent properties.

Croatiansun sells property throughout the country, including individual plots, existing properties and new developments.

Charles Weston-Baker, head of FPDSavills’ international department, claimed: “The substantial increase in direct flights from the UK to Dubrovnik and Split have made Croatia a highly desirable second home hotspot which now rivals Italy and Spain.”
