FPDSavills has been appointed to manage Edinburgh House’s property portfolio. The portfolio comprises around 30 retail and 20 industrial properties, totalling 4.25m sq ft (394,825 sq m).
The investment company run by David Roberts and Tony Quayle owns shopping centres in Gravesend, Lancaster, Castleford, Eastbourne, Leighton Buzzard and Nuneaton. It also owns industrial estates in Gatwick, Washington and Glasgow.
