Franc Warwick has been appointed to sell a 15-strong portfolio of high street shops once owned by Irish investors David Arnold (pictured) and Deirdre Foley.
The Howard Portfolio is being marketed for £51m – a 5.6% net initial yield. Individual offers for properties will also be considered. The majority of the properties are freehold and are let on 20-year leases from 2005 to Halifax, which is owned by Bank of Scotland.
They are in towns and cities including Coventry, Croydon, Derby, Lincoln, Leeds, Sheffield and York.
The properties are held in the Scott Portfolio Unit Trust, one of Arnold and Foley’s D2 Property Management’s main investments. The trust was placed into receivership in June with Grant Thornton.
