Restaurant chain Frango’s is to open its second UK restaurant at Riverside shopping centre in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.
Frango’s has entered into a 15-year lease with Aberdeen Asset Management for 2,800 sq ft at a rent of £55,000 pa. The restaurant, which will open early next year, will sit alongside Pizza Express, TK Maxx, Debenhams and Premier Inn.
Frango’s will introduce a remodelled design and menu which will then be rolled out to a further three sites, expected to open in 2012.
