GVA has appointed Peter Fraser to lead its Edinburgh offices team.
Fraser joins GVA next month from DTZ, where he has been for the past seven years.
The new role will see Fraser responsible for leading and growing GVA’s offices team in Edinburgh. He joins as an associate director, replacing former director Toby Withall and associate director Simon Capaldi who quit the firm in April to join rival agent Knight Frank.
Fraser will be supported by Edinburgh-based Keith Aitken, regional senior director for Scotland, Stuart Agnew who leads the capital markets team and Birmingham-based Carl Potter, senior director and head of the national offices team.
Aitken said: “This is a significant appointment. Peter is an experienced agent with all the attributes to drive our future aspirations in this area of the market.”
Fraser’s expertise is in lettings and disposals, advising both landlords and tenants. Existing clients include RBS, Scottish Enterprise, GE and Edinburgh council.
