Frasers Group is taking two former Debenhams stores in Ireland, its first in the country.
The company will occupy the 75,000 sq ft stores at Deka’s Mahon Point Shopping Centre in Cork and Whitewater Shopping Centre (pictured above) in Kildare. It will open both with Sports Direct outlets and add its Frasers concept next year.
James France, head of global leasehold property at Frasers Group, said: “These new sites mark a pivotal moment for the group as we continue to demonstrate our commitment to bricks-and-mortar and prove our investment into major retail destinations and the retail market in Ireland.”
Savills acted for Deka, while Cushman and Wakefield acted for Frasers Group.
