Frasers Hospitality pays £363m for Hotel du Vin and Malmaison

Singapore’s Frasers Hospitality has paid £363m to acquire hotel operators Hotel du Vin and Malmaison from US private equity firm KSL Capital Partners.

Hotel du Vin and Malmaison operate 29 hotels in the UK, and the acquisition will increase the number of rooms the serviced apartments company can offer in Europe to 4,000, the chief executive of Frasers’ parent company said.

KSL is thought to have paid around £200m when it bought the businesses in 2013.
