Frasers Logistics & Industrial Trust’s initial public offering raised S$903m, the largest real estate investment trust IPO in Singapore since 2013.
The 15 cornerstone investors, who subscribed to around 49% of the sale, included DBS Bank and Morgan Stanley’s investment management unit.
The REIT owns properties in Australia, including in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney.
