Singapore’s Frasers Property has appointed CBRE and Hollis Hockley on a leasing mandate across its Southern Estates business park portfolio.
The portfolio comprises six parks totalling 3.5m sq ft, located along the M3 and M4 corridors in the South East.
These are:
- Winnersh Triangle, Reading
- Farnborough Business Park, Farnborough
- Chineham Park, Basingstoke
- Watchmoor Park, Camberley
- Maxis, Bracknell
- Lakeshore, Heathrow.
Frasers Property UK has been building the portfolio since 2017. Its most recent purchase was the Lakeshore business park, which completed earlier this year.
Property management firm MAPP won the mandate last year to manage the portfolio.
