Software provider Freeagent has taken the fifth floor at the Edinburgh Quay 1 office development in the city’s Exchange District.
The firm signed for 10,126 sq ft on a ten-year lease with a five-year break. The company already occupies the 11,133 sq ft suite on the fourth floor.
Seven of the eight floors have now been fully let, leaving just 7,651 sq ft remaining on the third floor.
Edinburgh Quay 1 has a waterside location less than a mile from Princes Street. Other occupiers include STV, Clevermed, BTO Solicitors, Cushman & Wakefield and Saffery Champness.
