French company Faurecia Automotive Seating – Europe’s largest maker of vehicle seats – is to set up its UK manufacturing HQ at Deeside Industrial Park in north Wales.
Faurecia has taken a 15-year lease at £43 per sq m (£3.96 per sq ft) on a 9,940 sq m (107,000 sq ft) unit, which was built by developer Simon Chantler on a 2.9ha (7 acre) site formerly owned by the Welsh Development Agency.
