Cult French fashion label Sézane is set to launch its first permanent boutique in Westbourne Grove, W11.
KLM Retail advised the brand, which has signed a 10-year lease for 2,061 sq ft across the ground floor and basement.
BNP Paribas Real Estate acted for private landlord Brathew.
Sézane was founded in 2013 by Morgane Sezalory as an online label, before it opened its first concept store, L’Appartement, in Paris.
This was followed by a string of pop-up launches across Europe, including South Molton Street, W1, and a store opening in New York in September 2017.
KLM Retail’s Ben Clark said: “Sézane is one of the hottest brands right now and it is great news for London and the UK that it has chosen to open its third store here.”
