Citygrove has signed a development agreement with Arla Food to bring forward the redevelopment of the former Express Dairies site in South Ruislip, Middlesex.
The developer plans to turn the 14.4-acre site into a £100m mixed-use site.
The redevelopment will be leisure and retail led.
Citygrove director George Hardcastle said: “We are already talking to a number of food and leisure operators who are attracted to this prime location, adjacent to South Ruislip’s Tube Station. The proposed mix of cinema, shops, restaurants and supermarket will create approximately 600 new jobs, bringing back a site which has been redundant for six years.”
The former Express Dairy on Victoria Road, which closed in 2006, is adjacent to South Ruislip Tube Station.
Arla and Citygrove will unveil the plans for the site at a public exhibition at the end of April.
Plans will be submitted in the summer.
