Greycoat and Cheyne Capital have secured consent for 8 Salisbury Square, EC4, a 155,000 sq ft refurbishment of KPMG’s soon-to-be-vacated City offices.
The TP Bennett Architects-designed scheme is due to be delivered in the first quarter of 2017 and comprises a partial rebuild over lower ground, ground and eight upper floors which range in size from 12,000 sq ft to 19,000 sq ft.
The scheme includes five roof terraces.
Work on the scheme will start once KPMG departs for new offices in Canary Wharf next month. GM Real Estate and DTZ are leasing agents.
