Frogmore Estates and Morley Fund Management have confirmed the prelet of Building One at Vanwall Business Park (pictured), Maidenhead in Berkshire, to John Wyeth & Brother, a UK subsidiary of American Home Products, as tipped by EGi News on 26 June.
The 4,924 sq m (53,000 sq ft) prelet is the second to be secured at Vanwall following the prelet to Business Objects in January 2000 of the 4,902 sq m (52,765 sq ft) Building Five. The rent on Building One is understood to be £363.29 per sq m (£33.75 per sq ft).
The 7,122 sq m (76,663 sq ft) Building Two was completed earlier this month and is available to lease at a quoting rent of £377 per sq m (£35 per sq ft).
Jones Lang LaSalle, Lambert Smith Hampton and CB Hillier Parker acted on behalf of Frogmore Estates and Morley Fund Management, while the tenant was represented by GVA Grimley.
