Frogmore Estates has made two purchases – a London residential property and Imperial House, a 46,500-sq ft office block in Stevenage, Beds – for £10m.
With Pamlion Properties, Frogmore is acquiring Inverforth House and Inverforth Close, NW3, for over £6m from the Industrial Orthopaedic Society. They plan to refurbish the 51,000-sq ft house and restore the close, which provides 12,600 sq ft in 10 properties.
Frogmore paid almost £4m for Imperial House and will appoint agents to let the vacant building.
In the sale of Inverforth House, Savills acted for the vendor, while Franc Warwick represented the receivers to Imperial House.
