Frogmore is to launch a new real estate fund with £90m of equity commitments.
The fund, which is called Frogmore Real Estate Partners III, will invest in UK value-added real estate, according to a source close to the company.
Frogmore is hoping to grow the fund to £350m. The initial capital has been raised from existing investors in other Frogmore funds.
