FS8 is to open its second fitness studio at Blackhorse Mills in Waltham Forest, E17.
The company has secured 2,400 sq ft on the ground floor of Legal & General’s new build-to-rent development, with a 10-year lease.
Club Sports Group, the master franchisee of FS8, opened the first FS8 gym on Oxford Circus, W1, in November 2022.
The latest gym is expected to open in February/March 2025.
Club Sports aims to expand to more than 50 locations across the UK and Europe within the next three years.
Director Rene Swart said: “Our presence in London is going from strength to strength. We are really excited to be opening the next FS8 following on from the success of the Oxford Circus opening.
“We are optimistic that FS8 will attract Reformer Pilates enthusiasts, and we look forward to opening further sites in 2025. Now is an incredibly exciting time to expand the concept across the UK and Europe.”
