Gymwear retailer Sweaty Betty has secured new London headquarters at Ocubis’s Fulham Green campus, SW6.
Sweaty Betty has agreed a 10-year lease on the 8,100 sq ft Cavendish House, where rents are as much as £35 per sq ft.
Estates Gazette revealed in October that the retailer was searching for a new HQ and would expand from two slightly smaller offices in SW6.
The chain has 30 stores and counts celebrities including Coleen Rooney among its customers.
Frost Meadowcroft, Hanover Green and Savills act for Ocubis at Fulham Green; Briant Champion Long acted for Sweaty Betty.
