Duff & Phelps and Situs have joined forces to offer property loan services to the Irish market.
The two will offer investors a beginning-to-end-of-loan-life service, with Duff & Phelps providing valuation, debt and corporate advisory expertise to the venture, and Situs providing loan advisory and due diligence services alongside its loan portfolio servicing skills.
They believe the eventual full-loan-life offering will be unique for the Irish market as it will span all aspects of property portfolio management.
