Fuller’s pub to open at Wembley Park

Developer Quintain has signed brewer Fuller Smith & Turner as a tenant for a new two-storey pub and restaurant at Wembley Park.

The venue, which will measure 8,200 sq ft, will open in the spring on Wembley Park Boulevard. It will offer an outdoor garden on the ground floor, along with an external terrace.

The upper floor will accommodate events space, with scope to be split into smaller areas for functions such as workspaces or private dining, on non-event days.

Quintain’s £3bn Wembley Park project is one of the largest urban developments currently under way in Europe.

Matt Slade, retail director at Quintain, said: “Our vision for retail and leisure at Wembley Park is about attracting an imaginative spectrum of independents and major brands.

“The new Fuller’s pub will be a great addition to add to our food & beverage mix, which already features London’s largest Boxpark, a newly opened food hub at Wembley Park Market plus some 30 restaurants and bars at London Designer Outlet.”

Peter Turner, property director at Fuller, Smith & Turner, said: “We are currently underrepresented in this part of London and the location will give us a presence in the heart of this great new development.”

Other recent occupier deals include a letting to Bread Ahead, which will open an 11,000 sq ft restaurant, shop and baking school on Olympic Way near the stadium.

Nash Bond and Cushman & Wakefield advised on the deal.
