Greater Manchester Pension Fund has bought six buildings at Birmingham Business Park for £7.9m.
The properties, divided into two blocks at 1700 and 1720-1760 Solihull Parkway, comprise 3,652 sq m (39,316 sq ft) of space. Current tenants include HFC Bank, Compel Limited, Trace Computers and Mercury Communications.
Drivers Jonas represented Greater Manchester Pension Fund, and NAI Gooch Webster represented the vendor, Liverpool Victoria Staff Pension Fund and Liverpool Victoria Friendly Society Limited.
