Clerical Medical and Hermes have agreed to buy Prince’s Square, in the centre of Glasgow, for more than £35m from Guardian Properties.
The development comprises 7,618 sq m (82,000 sq ft) on five floors. Most of the tenants are fashion retailers. It opened in 1987.
Equity Partnerships acted for the buyers. Jones Lang Wootton acted for the vendors.
