King Sturge has warned of a 50% chance the commercial property market will drop a further 10% before investors come back into the market, in its predictions for 2008.
The commercial property agency predicted that any losses in the first half of the year should be made up in the second six month period.
It said commercial property prices will bottom out by Easter.
