The future of the Prestige factory in Burnley, Lanashire, is in question. The factory is about twice the size needed for the plant and workforce of a modern kitchenware company. Regional industrial officer for the GMB general union Derek England, said it was a prime development site when Prestige really needed a more modern facility.
