G1 Group has submitted detailed plans for 110,000 sq ft (10,220 sq m) of offices on the site of the former Post Office building at 1 George Square, Glasgow.
The £25m scheme, to be called No 1 Glasgow, will retain the Post Office building’s facade, while adding two floors to the top of the building.
It will be G1’s first Glasgow office scheme, with the developer having previously developed such Glasgow bars as Corinthian and Arta.
G1 had previously planned to transform 1 George Square into a luxury hotel.
