GA Properties has submitted a planning application for a second phase of development at the 4.39ha (12.18 acre) Birchwood Point business park in Warrington, Cheshire.
The developer is proposing 4,840 sq m (52,100 sq ft) in two self-contained units on 4.39ha (12.18 acre). Construction is expected to start in October with a completion date set for July 1997.
