A guide price of about £48,000 to £50,000 was placed on the vacant, freehold bungalow at 99 New Road in Clanfield, Hampshire — auctioned jointly with Robson & Hall. The two-bedroom property, standing in almost a quarter of an acre, made the upper limit on the day.
