Frogmore and Galliard, developers of prime residential development the Chilterns, in Marylebone, W1, are offering buyers exclusive access to a David Bailey art gallery located in the lobby of the scheme.
Newspaper advertisements for the scheme promise buyers access to “a Marylebone gallery so private, only a few will ever see it”, and state: “The new gallery now open in fashionable Marylebone is unmissable, but to visit this venue on Chiltern Street, you’ll need to buy a property there – and just three apartments remain.”
In March 2014, the recently completed 44-home scheme was 90% sold. Three apartments remain: two two-bedroom apartments priced at £3.8m and £5.2m, and a three-bedroom apartment priced at £8m.
