Galliard Homes and developer Kitewood have received planning consent for the £210m Creekside Village East, SE8.
The Deptford scheme comprises 393 homes, with 15% affordable housing, in two blocks of up to 30 storeys. It includes a five-storey dance school for Trinity Laban, a new creekside walk and public realm.
The 1.9-acre site is part owned by Lewisham Council and Trinity Laban.
The council approved a land sale to Kitewood in 2016, in exchange for 16 homes and a £500,000 payment in line with land value increases. It plans to rent the homes on the private market and direct the income to affordable housing delivery.
