Galliford Try and Crest Nicholson have been chosen by English Partnerships to redevelop the 133-acre Epsom Cluster Hospital Site in Epsom,
The project comprises around 700 homes across the site, around 40% of which will be affordable, community parks, a hotel and conference centre, and 11,000 sq ft of offices.
Work will begin in summer 2007 with completion expected in 2011.
