Take-Two Interactive Software has agreed to lease the entire 40,000 sq ft at 30 Cleveland Street, W1.
The US gaming firm that is behind Rockstar Games, which publishes the Grand Theft Auto games, agreed to relocate its headquarters from Windsor, Berkshire, to the West End prior to the Conservatives’ General Election victory last week.
Tony Parrack, partner at Edward Charles & Partners, said: “This deal shows people have long-term strategies, but that there is also a short-term shortage.”
Its new home has recently been refurbished by landlord Blue Coast Capital.
Edward Charles & Partners and JLL advised the landlord, and Cushman & Wakefield worked with the tenant.
