Plans for a residential redevelopment of the famous gasholder triplets at King’s Cross, N1, have been approved by Camden council.
As well as the new homes, Argent-led King’s Cross Central Partnership has also secured consent for a gym, spa and 10,785 sq ft of commercial space.
There will be 174 bicycle spaces at the Wilkinson Eyre Architects-designed scheme on the 67-acre north London regeneration site.
Built between 1879 and 1800, the gasholder triplets were decommissioned in 2000.
Nathaniel Lichfield & Partners advised on planning.
