The boards of the Metrocentre Security Group have appointed Tim Haden-Scott as a non-executive director.
Haden-Scott is well-known in the industry, having served as investment director at Delancey Real Estate Asset Management.
He will work with the boards, as well as asset manager Sovereign Centros, to oversee the strategy at the Metrocentre in Gateshead.
His appointment comes after Martin Healy was named as independent director to the board in July last year, in the weeks following intu’s collapse into administration.
Haden-Scott said he will “help guide the centre through this new chapter in its history” as it “emerge[s] from this pandemic”.
