ASK Developments and Trebor Developments have submitted a planning application for a new retail and restaurant scheme on 1.2 acres of the Gateway site located at junction 2 of the M54 on the approach to Wolverhampton.
Phase 1 for the site, a Porsche dealership, will open early in the new year. The 7,000 sq ft second phase of development will consist of a 2,000 sq ft Costa coffee drive-thru unit and 5,000 sq ft of retail and restaurant space which is now being marketed.
The development is due to start on site in spring 2016 for completion by the end of next year.
