Gaylord Investments and planning consultant Metropolis Planning & Design are threatening to seek a public enquiry following the refusal of permission for a £35m mixed-use scheme on Euston Road, NW1.
Camden council objected to plans for the 78,000 sq ft scheme because of the loss of a row of terraced buildings.
The team behind the project claim the council’s instruction for the houses to be refurbished rather than replaced will make the scheme unviable.
