Logistics developer and investor Gazeley has appointed BP’s interim delivery director Robin Johns to be its new director of business technology.
Johns will provide the tech strategy for Gazeley, GLP’s European platform, and oversee the project and programme delivery.
He joins from BP, where he spent a year in his role of interim delivery director. Prior to this, he spent six years as chief information officer at Tideway where he led the company’s digital transformation.
Shane Kelly, chief financial officer at Gazeley, said: “Robin brings a depth of experience in consulting and technology transformation, which will be particularly helpful to us as we further enhance business systems to support our growth objectives and explore the logistics property ecosystem, which is increasingly data and technology-led.”
