Soft drinks manufacturer AG Barr has agreed a pre-let deal with Gazeley for a new 265,000 sq ft shed.
Gazeley will develop the shed for AG Barr, which manufactures Irn-Bru, Tizer and Rubicon, at its Magna Park site in Milton Keynes.
Work will soon commence on site and the building will be completed in just over four months.
