Asda has agreed a prelet at Gazeley Properties 70,000 sq m (750,000 sq ft) Magna Park in Leicestershire.
The deal will be Gazeley’s biggest project for Asda. Both companies are owned by Wal-Mart and the scheme is the latest in a string of distribution projects Gazeley has developed for its sister company.
Asda has also agreed plans for a 29,730 sq m (320,000 sq ft) warehouse at Kempstone, near Bedford, also to be developed by Gazeley.
