GCP Student Living has bought Apex House, a forward-funded 580-bed development site next to Wembley Stadium.
GCP, which describes itself as the UK’s first REIT focused on student residential assets, has exchanged contracts, subject to planning, to buy the site.
Apex House will provide student accommodation with around 580 studios and beds with communal areas.
Scape Student Living will oversee the development and will be appointed as asset and facilities manager upon completion.
