GCP Student Living is ion track to add a second Brighton asset to its portfolio through the forward-funding of the 550-bed Scape Brighton scheme.
The student accommodation REIT is in advanced negotiations, through its Investment Manager Gravis Capital Management, to acquire and fund the development which also includes extensive communal areas with circa 1,500 sq ft of shops.
