Specialist lab developer GCR CamProp has appointed Michael Buttress as development manager.
Buttress joins from Bidwells, where he was a project manager. Prior to that he was at Munro Building Services, also as project manager.
CamProp is the developer behind shell-and-core laboratory spaces adjacent to Shepreth railway station in Cambridgeshire. The scheme, which was given the green light earlier this year, is expected to be ready for occupation in Q1 2025.
