GCW has expanded its team with the hire of Will Mabbett (pictured, centre) as a director.
Mabbett was previously associate director at Harper Dennis Hobbs, where he worked with a range of retailers on their UK store portfolios. He will join GCW next month.
The hire comes after JLL senior surveyor John Eden (pictured, left) joined as associate director in April earlier this year. The agency also hired CBRE transaction manager Ben Legard (pictured, right) in August, as a senior surveyor in its investment team.
GCW said the new hires will “play a key role in helping GCW meet growing client demand for its town centre expertise”.
Duncan Kite, managing partner at GCW, said the new hires will build on the firm’s capabilities and help deliver its growth strategy. “Building our talent base is a top priority for GCW as we continue on our expansion drive,” said Kite. “It’s always great to bring in fresh talent and further enhance our client offer.”
