MIPIM 2012: Argent announced today that it has agreed to lease the German Gymnasium in Kings Cross to General Electric during the London Olympics.
The 8,000 sq ft listed building, used by Savills to market the Argent scheme, will be used by GE for its “eco-magination” project this summer.
Lunson Mitchenall is looking for a restaurant operator to lease the building after GE exits.
