Gecina has appointed Méka Brunel as chief executive, replacing Philippe Depoux.
Brunel joins the REIT from Ivanhoé Cambridge, where she headed the company’s European real estate business.
She has been a director at Gecina since 2014.
Bernard Michel, chairman of Gecina, said: “Méka Brunel, working closely with the board of directors, will be capitalising on Gecina’s solid fundamentals to accelerate the strengthening of its position as the market leader for offices in Paris, focusing on operational, financial and environmental performance.”
Ivanhoé Cambridge has yet to announce a replacement for Brunel.
