Gener8 Developments has unveiled the latest phase of its 1.2m sq ft commercial quarter in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire.
The 50,000 sq ft 3 Smithfield will be launched later this month.
JLL has been appointed to search for a prelet, but a speculative start has not been ruled out.
The RHWL Architects-designed block could be delivered by mid-2017. Gener8 is building the business quarter in partnership with the city council and the Homes & Communities Agency.
