General Medical Council, the independent regulator for UK doctors, has launched a 20,000-25,000 sq ft requirement for a new office in Manchester.
The healthcare regulator has appointed JLL to seek a new office within the city centre.
GMC has five bases across London, Manchester, Cardiff, Edinburgh and Belfast.
In Manchester, it currently occupies about 60,000 sq ft across the second and third floors at Allied London’s 3 Hardman Street.
