Genr8 has received planning consent for around 80,000 sq ft of sheds across four units at its Sowerby Bridge Copley Valley development in Calderdale, West Yorkshire.
The regeneration of the 30-acre site is being delivered in partnership with Calderdale council.
Commercial Development Projects has been appointed to bring forward the industrial units, with Taylor Wimpey appointed to build a 149-unit residential element.
Construction of the industrial units is due to start immediately after Easter 2016, with the first units to be completed and ready for occupation by the end of the year.
Walker Singleton has been appointed letting agent.
